Reviews Overview

Most Liked

Dine & Wine Buffet Restaurant shines in several areas. The chocolate fountain is a crowd-pleaser, enticing guests to indulge in sweet delights. Moreover, the variety of available cuisines—from Asian to Italian—means there’s something for every palate. The ability to refill soft drinks for free stands out, making dining here feel even more rewarding. Friendly and attentive staff enhance the experience, ensuring every visit feels special. Many reviews highlight the quality and freshness of the food, with sizzling grill options and delectable desserts often receiving praise. The casual vibe makes it easy to relax and enjoy the meal at a comfortable pace, accommodating both families and solo diners alike.

Most Disliked

Some diners express dissatisfaction with the music volume. While the ambiance is warm, louder music can make conversation difficult, particularly in busy periods. Additionally, the cash-only payment policy can be inconvenient for some guests, as it limits payment options. There have also been comments about the charge for uneaten food, urging guests to be mindful not to take more than they can eat. A few reviews mention that prices for drinks can feel a bit steep outside the free soft drink options, which might surprise those expecting lower costs for beverages. Overall, while most feedback is positive, these points are worth noting for potential visitors.

Came here today ( 22.12.2012 ) with a friend from out of town. Lovely warm welcome on arrival. All the staff wore masks and were all polite and attentive. We were here in the evening and paid the £15.99 for the buffet. The drinks are on the pricey side but the soft drinks are FREE refillable which negates any cost. There is a wide variety of starters, mains and desserts. All the food looked freshly made and as soon as an item / tray was running low it was filled up again. All the food we ate was tasty and delicious and couldn't fault the food. You can definitely get filled up very quickly so ideal to pace yourself. We did and we was there for about 2 hrs and none of the waiting staff seemed to mind or pressured us to leave etc. A nice relaxing atmosphere, although, the music could be turned down a bit so people can have a conversation without shouting. You are encouraged to wear plastic gloves ( provided ) whilst helping yourself to the food via the spoons and the soft drinks are filled up for you ( again due to Covid ) all in all the restaurant did a great job of keeping people safe as they can. We will definitely be back and I recommend the place to anyone visiting Walsall or stopping over, just remember to pace yourself. Word of caution if it waste too much food ( eyes bigger than your belly ) they will ( it seams ) charge you for wasting said food.

Walsall Food!!! Visited Dine and Wine Buffet restaurant again, I can honestly say this is one of the food ones. Food seemed fresh, tasty, and plenty of it. Various sections, Chinese, seem to be the more prominent one, but they have British, Indian, Italian, and Japanese options!!! I am not a desert person, but there seemed to be a lot of options, including a refill soft drink and slush machine 🧋 Highly recommended the Salt and Pepper Prawns they are huge and super tasty. The hot plate options ranged from meat and fish, including steak, lamb, salmon, prawn, and beef strips. These also include vegetables and noodles, but I just had the lamb and salmon with onions and mushrooms. Service overall was good, I visited on a Monday, and it was busy. That's always a good tell if you're in a good place. Follow my Instagram _teamnewnes_ #teamnewnes

Amazing amount of choice for food and drink! Slushy drinks included in the refillable drinks price, which was a nice surprise on a rare hot day this year. And great to have a chocolate fountain for dessert. Will definitely visit again!
